Insurance Claim Results:

Initial damage determined by the Commercial Adjuster for Phase II totaled $54,000 and for Phase V a total of $7,700. This dollar amount represented only a partial repair to these properties. Flo-Dell Exterior Restoration requested a re-inspection of both properties with the adjuster to mutually review the damage caused by the wind and hail. Upon our interaction with the adjuster we were successful in obtaining full replacement on the damaged properties.

Insurance Claim Results:

The initial inspection from the insurance adjuster indicated that there would be no replacement allowance or at best the roofs would be “sloped” which means only one side would be paid for replacement. Flo-Dell Exterior Restoration strongly disagreed with this assessment and received permission from the board to assist with the adjuster’s full damage inspection. We identified our findings with the adjuster and now all roof surfaces have been determined in need of replacement due to storm damage.
